How to delete your Anecdex account

To request deletion of your Anecdex account:

  1. 1Log in to the Anecdex mobile app.
  2. 2Go to Profile.
  3. 3Select Edit Profile.
  4. 4Select Request Account Deletion.
  5. 5Confirm your account deletion request.

Once the request is submitted, it is sent to the Anecdex administration team for processing.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are reviewed and resolved within 48 hours of the request being submitted.

What happens when your account is deleted

Once the deletion request has been processed, your Anecdex account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from the platform.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate legal and accounting obligations, if applicable.
